Where We Spent a Wake Window: Le Petit Spa- Mum & Baby Wednesday

Approx. $115 for the "Mummy & Me" package (Reflexology for baby + Pedicure for Mum).
The Schedule: Note that this special is only offered on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Wheely Friendly?
Yes. As much as a spa can be! I was able to push Gabe in his stroller right into the treatment room while he was napping.

The Snack Situation:
No food in the spa. However, you are right on West Broadway, so there are endless cafés and restaurants just steps away once your toes are dry. I had lunch at the Neverland Tea Salon.
Potty Proximity:
There are clean bathrooms inside the spa. While they don’t have a dedicated change table, I was able to change Gabe in the private treatment room before we started.
Mum Musings: Our "Mum & Me" Date
My birthday was two months after Gabe was born. My girlfriends in Newfoundland found Le Petite Spa and sent me a gift card for the “Mum & Baby” package, which was incredibly thoughtful. I also desperately needed a pedicure so the timing was perfect.

The Set-up: Reflexology & Relaxation
Gabe was napping when I arrived, and I was so grateful that the reflexology started in a dimly lit room with peaceful music.
The Comfort Factor: There was a large spa bed which was perfect for holding Gabe when he woke up, and it was actually a comfortable spot to breastfeed him during the session.
Gabe was fascinated by his new surroundings. Every time he started to fuss, our reflexologist would coo and make faces to keep him happy. It really helped me relax and he seemed to enjoy the 10-minute session for him.
The Pedicure Transition
After the reflexology, we moved to the main area for my pedicure.
Convenience: We were able to leave all our gear in the private room for the duration of the visit, which saved me from lugging a diaper bag and stroller around the main floor.
Gabe was the only baby there that day and was being a bit fussy. Even though it was "Mum & Baby Day," I still felt a slight pang of panic, but the other customers seemed completely unbothered. I really hoped they knew it was “bring your baby to the spa” day.
Toddler Tolerance Level:
1.5 hours. This was the perfect amount of time to manage a baby Gabe's age before he was ready to nap again.
Nap Roulette Options?
